Tredyffrin Easttown Historical Society

Founded in 1936, the Society is the oldest community organization on the Upper Main Line conducting local historical research, and collecting local resources and photographs, pertaining to the townships of Tredyffrin and Easttown in eastern Chester County, Pennsylvania.

will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday February 19, 2012

Canal Collector’s Office at Paoli	*The Main Line of Public Works: The Philadelphia & Columbia Railroad and The Pennsylvania Railroad from Morgan’s Corner to Intersection* Noted railroad historian Ted Xaras will present a compelling photographic look at railroads in our area.
This meeting will be open to the public, and held at the Easttown Library & Information Center in Berwyn, PA.

	The September 2011 issue of the History Quarterly is now available. The Society's new History Quarterly Digital Archives now available for viewing.
	Mike Bertram's 18th Century Tredyffrin area of the site, featuring interactive maps and a growing collection of useful information, has been updated with new content about mills, inns, currency, war reparations, and more.
